All orders are carefully checked by the Gallery prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, subject to proof of loss or damage, we shall refund the cost of the item. Notification of faulty goods should be made immediately by email, as the Gallery will not be held liable for defects identified more than three days after receipt of the goods.
Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton and promptly contact the Gallery, who will contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.
